Installation Guidelines

Pre-Installation Checks: Verify foundation load capacity ≥1.5× equipment full-load weight, maintain ≥600mm clearance for maintenance. Confirm inlet/outlet pipe diameter & elevation match. Media temperature ≤40℃ (custom for high-temp). Solids particle size ≤10 mm (pre-filter recommended).

Installation Key Points:

1.Place unit horizontally. Adjust leveling feet to ensure flatness ≤2 mm/m to avoid separation efficiency loss from tilting.
