Installation Guidelines

Pre-Installation Checks: Verify foundation load capacity ≥1.5× equipment full-load weight, maintain ≥500mm clearance for maintenance. Confirm media temperature ≤60℃, pH 5–9, solids particle size ≤50% of pump outlet diameter. For non-self-cooling models, ensure motor immersion depth ≤1/2.

Installation Key Points:

1.Mount pump vertically. Fix coupling base horizontally, ensure rail parallelism ≤2 mm/m to prevent seal misalignment from tilting.

2.Connect inlet/outlet with flexible rubber joints. Never transmit pipe stress to pump body to prevent weld cracking or seal failure.

3.Route float switch cable along rails, avoid interference with moving parts. Separate signal cables from control cables to prevent EMI.

4.Before initial startup, manually rotate shaft to confirm smooth operation. Jog test to verify rotation direction (clockwise from motor end). Measure insulation resistance ≥50 MΩ.
