Installation Guidelines

Pre-Installation Checks: Verify foundation flatness ≤2mm/m, maintain ≥500mm clearance around for maintenance. Confirm piping is clean & free of slag. Max system pressure <2.5 MPa (System Pressure = Inlet Pressure + Shut-off Head Pressure).
Installation Key Points:

Mount pump vertically. Inlet/outlet flanges must align naturally. Never use pump body to absorb pipe stress. Install flexible joints at inlet/outlet.

Inlet piping must ensure positive pressure priming or install a foot valve. Ensure pump chamber is fully filled before startup to prevent dry running.

Motor junction box faces outward. Secure cable along pipe wall. Grounding resistance ≤4Ω. Protection rating ≥IP55.

Before initial startup, manually rotate shaft 3 turns to confirm smooth operation. Jog test to verify rotation direction (clockwise from motor end).
Commissioning Process: Prime & vent → Jog test for direction → No-load run 5 min → Slowly open discharge valve to rated duty → Record current/pressure/vibration/temp rise Acceptance sign-off.
