Installation Guidelines

Installation Key Points:

1.Mount pump horizontally on solid base. Tighten anchor bolts symmetrically. Check levelness via pump outlet flange plane, allow wedge iron leveling. Ensure shaft horizontal deviation ≤0.05 mm/m.

2.Provide independent supports for inlet/outlet piping. Never use pump body as support. Install gate valve at outlet. Install debris screen at inlet to prevent large particles entry.

3.Maintain coupling gap per specification. Measure outer circle deviation ≤0.1 mm (up/down/left/right), end gap deviation ≤0.3 mm (full circle). Use thin shims to ensure pump-motor shaft concentricity.

4.Fill bearing box with thin oil to normal level line. Before initial startup, manually rotate shaft 3 turns to confirm smooth operation. Prime suction pipe & vent air. Jog test to verify rotation (clockwise from drive end).

Commissioning Process: Prime & vent → Close outlet gate valve → Start motor → Open pressure gauge cock → After reaching normal RPM, gradually open outlet valve → Record current/pressure/vibration/bearing temp data → Acceptance.
