Installation Instructions
1.Before installation, check whether the diesel engine, pump, control cabinet, base dimensions, flow rate, pressure, and project technical requirements are consistent.
2.The equipment should be installed on a flat, solid, and well-ventilated foundation, with sufficient space reserved for operation, maintenance, heat dissipation, and exhaust discharge.
3.Inlet and outlet pipelines, valves, pressure gauges, exhaust pipe, fuel line, and electrical wiring should be connected according to the drawings to ensure secure and reliable installation.
4.Before commissioning, check diesel fuel, engine oil, coolant, battery, pump rotation direction, pipeline valve status, and control cabinet parameters.
5.During initial operation, observe starting status, pressure changes, diesel engine speed, noise, vibration, temperature rise, water leakage, and oil leakage. The equipment can be put into service after confirming normal operation.
Frequently Asked Questions
It is mainly used in applications requiring an independent power source or emergency fire water supply, such as residential buildings, hotels, office buildings, commercial buildings, factories, hospitals, mines, and municipal fire pump stations.
An electric fire pump relies on an external power supply, while a diesel engine fire pump has its own independent power source. It can start and operate during power failure or unstable power conditions and is commonly used as a standby fire pump or emergency fire pump.
The required parameters usually include design flow rate, fire system pressure, head, altitude, ambient temperature, diesel engine power requirements, control mode, inlet and outlet diameter, installation dimensions, and applicable project standards.
A split-case fire pump offers a wide flow range, stable operation, and convenient maintenance, making it suitable for high-flow fire water supply systems. In international projects, it is commonly known as a Split-Case Fire Pump or Horizontal Split Case Fire Pump.
Yes. According to project requirements, the control system can be configured with automatic start, manual start, remote start, operation status display, and fault alarm functions.
Before operation, check fuel, engine oil, coolant, battery capacity, pipeline valves, pump priming or suction conditions, control cabinet parameters, and all connection points. Start the pump only after confirming that there are no abnormalities.
